On July 4, 2025, The Sound of the Northwest presented "The Douglass Declaration & Celebration, a concert featuring Negro Spirituals and reading from speeches by noted African Americans.  We hope  this becomes an annual event.  Watch the video below to learn about The Sound of the Northwest and this special performance.
